Here you have a captive audience (if people are bored they’ll read anything). So use this opportunity to teach them about your company with fliers, press releases or company newsletters. Alternatively you can include newspaper cuttings and magazine companies where your business has been featured in a good light. Finally, as a last way to ensure your visitors are in good spirits when they meet you, be sure to include hot drinks or sweets to help nourish your guests while they wait. Coffee machines are a particular favourite if you often have guests waiting for long periods of time, but be sure to at least offer a water machine. A bowl of boiled sweats will also go down well and be a sweat distraction for those waiting. By combining all of these elements you can then make the most of your waiting area and use it to impress visitors, put them in a good mood and inform them of the best aspects of your business.
