A great feature in the lobby either near the seating area, or towards the back, is an indoor waterfall. These create a nice ambient background noise, but also add some interest and movement to an otherwise quiet and still room. At the same time these are again generally associated with luxury and will make your company look successful as a result. This is an impressive item that guests are likely to inspect and that will make them more likely to work at or with the location. Alternatively a fountain in the centre of the room can have a similar effect, looking expensive and attractive while adding sound and movement to the large empty area. In your waiting/seating area you can then use similar techniques to give your visitors a sense of awe.
