Indoor waterfalls are fantastic additions to the offices and homes a like. There are various sizes and shapes of the waterfalls available in the market. The material from which they are made also vary from stone and metal to glass and ceramic. You can opt to have a small waterfall on top of a table or a desk, or you can have a larger waterfall sitting on the floor. Once you buy a waterfall, it is important to take a proper care of it. Here some useful tips that can help you do so. 1) Consider the time frame you are going to use the fountain for. If you will be using it for short frame of time, it is good idea to empty all the water from it. If this is not done, the water will stagnate causing a terrible odor. 2) Do change the water in waterfall on a regular basis. While changing the water, make sure you fill the water to the proper level. Having insufficient water in the waterfall can damage the pump. For this, you need to check the water level occasionally. 3) When changing the water, check the pump and clean it properly. 4) If you happen to live in the places of chilled weather, make sure the water inside the waterfall does not get frozen. It can damage the pump to great extent.
