If you run a hotel, then you are likely going to want to charge as much as possible for use of your rooms. This is obviously where your main source of profit will come from, and so the more you can legitimately charge for a night in your room, the more successful your business will be. This makes it into something of a luxury rather than a practicality as most people don’t have their own aquariums or water falls at home. Water walls similarly are very unusual features and can turn an entire wall into a water fall without any threat of making a mess or getting wet.
